Microsoft Word Viewer Free Download
Microsoft
Office Word Viewer works with docx documents, but also with txt, doc,
wps, xml, rtf and docm, so you may use the app with all documents on your
computer.
There are just a few Options available and mostly concern the view and print
tools, allowing you to choose print and web layout settings, formatting marks
and printing configuration.
Of course, it's no surprise that the app works on very low resources and, since
it's designed by Microsoft, it works on all Windows versions out there. However,
keep in mind that you may need some additional software to be able to open
documents created with the newest versions of Microsoft
Office but, just as expected, all necessary tools are also available for
free.
As a conclusion, Microsoft Office Word Viewer is a great tool if you want to
open Office docs on the go. And since it's available for free and wears
Microsoft's badge, it deserves at least a try.
