                The forward thinker of the zodiac, the Aquarius person is probably one of the most eccentric personalities you will meet in astrology. Friendliness is the key word that describes most of us born between Jan 20- and Feb 19th due to the fact that you think on a humanitarian level; in my opinion if all of the Aquarian people got together and put their amazing intellect to the test, they could solve all the humanitarian issues of the world. I know that this is a little extreme, but that is the name of the game for this astrological sign. Extreme personalities, extreme opinions and extreme ideas are a Aquarius's forte. It makes them one of the most interesting people you may ever meet.


                FITNESS: Being active is very important to the Aquarius person. You tend to be more focused on mental activity then physical activity, which can lead to weight gain in your future years. Also, because this astrological sign is prone to having poor blood pressure, keeping active and exercising regularly will help keep your vitality up and release any tension you take on. Activities like brisk walking, or hiking, or anything that involves the outside make this elder of the zodiac a happy person. One thing to avoid in the exercise realm for an Aquarius is running. You have pretty weak ankles and are very prone to bumps,  bruises, or sprains that happen in the leg area. So keep it active, but keep it light.


                DIET: Although sodium chloride is a great thing for an Aquarius, too much of this mineral (sodium chloride is table salt) leads to fluid retention and causes swelling in our bodies. The natural forms of sodium chloride are by far better to ingest than adding salt to everything you eat (actually for an Aquarius, adding table salt should be avoided as much as possible). Foods that carry the natural form of this mineral are fish of the ocean like lobster, tuna, clams, and oysters as well as veggies like spinach, celery, cabbage, lettuce, or corn to name a few. The reason why avoiding the bad form of sodium chloride is something an Aquarius should avoid is due to their issues with bad circulation and issues with puffiness and swelling.                 SKIN CARE: Since fluid retention seems to be a huge concern with the Aquarius person, puffy eyes and other swelling issues with the skin can be something that you see often. Also, varicose veins are another issue that you will face in your life time. All of this issues, as well as being influenced by fluid retention,  but bad blood circulation not getting all of the toxins in your system out and gone.
